CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 UPDATES
Students are entitled to two (2) regular (non-emergency) Verifications of Enrollment (or transcripts) free of charge in their lifetime. Afterwards, the charge per each official copy is $3.00. It usually takes (10) ten business days for a Verification of Enrollment to be processed. The Admissions and Records Office accepts payment in cash or check only. Credit/debit cards are not accepted. The Verification of Current Enrollment form is available for viewing and download as an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
Emergency Verification of Enrollment service is available. If you mail an emergency Verification of Enrollment request or submit it in person, the request will be processed within (2) two business days from the date received. Emergency Verifications of Enrollment are not processed immediately; they may be mailed or picked up. The charge for each emergency Verification of Enrollment is $10.00. If you need to request a verification of Non-Enrollment, there is an option available on the Verification of Enrollment form.
Requests for transcripts and/or verification requests will not be accepted until all financial obligations with the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) are paid. If you received a fee waiver/financial aid, make sure that you do not owe any fees before submitting a transcript and/or verification request. If you owe fees at any school in LACCD, your transcript/verification request will not be processed.

Call (818) 719-6400 for up-to-date information about services. The GAIN/CalWORKs Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Student Services Building. Office hours are Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm; closed Friday.
