Virtual Assistance
Cranium Cafe
Our virtual assistance is provided through the Cranium Cafe platform. Cranium Cafe works best on a laptop or desktop computer. Use Chrome or Firefox as your browser, do not use Safari.
Live Chat
Live chat with an office representative during business hours. Look for the green online indicator and live chat button on a staff member's card, and click on it. Live chat includes the option for a video meeting which allows screen sharing.
Appointments
Schedule an appointment with an ISS staff member by clicking on the "Schedule Appointment" button on a staff member's card. Academic and personal counseling is by appointment only. However, an appointment is not required if you want to live chat with other ISS staff.
