The Brahma Career Closet provides students with FREE gently used professional clothing to wear for interviewing, work placements, classroom presentations, meetings with professors, job and internship fairs, and other events that students want to feel more confident. This service launched in Summer 2022 and its first pop-up was held in Fall 2022. We have had support from various organizations, such as West Valley's Warner Center Chamber of Commerce, Office of Councilperson Bob Blumenfield, Wedbush Securities Young Professionals & Wedbush United Inclusion Networks, and our very own administration, faculty, staff, and students.
FAQs
Students, faculty, staff, and community members can donate.
- Professional and Business Casual Clothing: dresses pants, shirts, blouses, skirts, shoes, etc.
- All sizes are accepted, especially large, extra large sizes
- We are also in need of men's donations!
- Loungewear: sweatpants, hoodies, pajamas.
- Undergarments: underwear, bras, etc.
- Stained clothes or clothes in bad condition.
- Bring your donations in boxes, bags, or on hangers to the Career and Transfer Center, located on the first floor of the Student Services Building. Inform the front desk workers that you have donations!

- We are open 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, but observe holidays.

- Email Joe Garcia at garciajs@piercecollege.edu your request along with your vehicle's info (color, make, and model), so we can quickly identify you.
- Get an email confirmation from Joe Garcia before heading over.
- Here is where you go to get curbside service:
- Enter LA Pierce College campus (6201 Winnetka Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91371) from Winnetka Avenue entrance onto Brahma Drive.
- Continue straight on Brahma Drive, pass stop sign, and turn into Student Dropoff / Flagpole to the right.
- Our teammate will meet you there to pick up donations from your car at your confirmed time.
- Due to the valley's excessive heat outside certain days, if you do not see anyone to greet you, please call 818 710-2907 and we'll be right out.
