- Step 5. Apply to the UC October 1-December 1, 2025

To be eligible you must have:
- Graduated from high school in Spring 2025
- Apply using the CSU Transfer Planner August 1 - October 31, 2025
- Plan to transfer within the next three years
- Guarantee conditions must be met and vary by CSU campus and major selected
